You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, coordinate with architects and clients, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to execution.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and milestones are met.</li><li>Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement.</li><li>Lead on-site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring high standards of work.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or challenges in real time.</li><li>Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and local Seattle building codes.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, budgets, and teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and subcontractors.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.</li><li>Clean driving record and the ability to travel to local job sites.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Full - Time</li><li>Competitive hourly wage: $120,000 to $160,000 per year (based on experience).</li><li>Health benefits, paid sick leave, and vacation days.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.</li><li>Access to continuing education and professional development programs.</li><li>A chance to grow your career with a company that values your contributions.</li></ul>
